Toddler Teacher

     A unique opportunity to help guide our toddlers in a beautiful new Christian Montessori center located on the Southside of San Antonio.

     First Steps is a year-round program. The position is part time with 3 hours per day. (3:00p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) More hours may be available as substitute teacher.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least two years working experience in a preschool, preferably in a      Montessori environment
• CPR certification and any other health requirements as required by Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services (TDPRS) for licensing and certification
• Demonstrated competence in written and oral communication

The ideal candidate will:

• have a passion for working with toddlers
• desire an environment that helps children develop foundational skills that they will carry on and build upon for the rest of their lives.
• be looking for individual growth through ongoing professional and spiritual development, individualized mentorship and a supportive network of peers.
